Datasets
These datasets are ready to be explored with Gitools 2.2 and above. You may download the any heatmap file from here or open them directly from within the latest version of Gitools.
You may download all the resources from this website or within Gitools. Launching Gitools requires Oracle Java 7 to be installed in your computer and having security settings set right as described on the Download page.
Important
- Please make sure you are familiar with the TCGA publication guidelines when using any TCGA data for your research.
- The heatmap files available for download here are prepared to work with Gitools 2.2 (and newer).
Genes by project

This heatmap contains the information on mutation frequency and putative driver genes per project (across 31 projects from 13 different cancer sites) as reported in IntOGen-mutations. Driver genes were detected using OncodriveFM and OncodriveCLUST with IntOGen-mutations pipeline.
